The last post on this blog went live in June 2016. Ten years ago.
I didn’t stop thinking. I didn’t stop learning. I just stopped writing it down here. Life got in the way — in the best possible sense. More kids, bigger jobs, more responsibility, more noise to cut through.
Which is, come to think of it, exactly what this blog was always about.
In 2026, „no hype“ feels more relevant than it ever did. AI is doing to every industry what the internet did in the 90s — and the ratio of signal to noise has never been worse. Everyone has a take. Most takes are wrong. Very few people are willing to say „I don’t know yet“ or „this is more complicated than it looks.“
I want to be one of those people. Out loud.
I’m writing this as someone who just turned 50, who leads a team of around 100 people, and who is genuinely excited about the next decade in a way I haven’t been in a while. Not because everything is great — it isn’t, and I’ll write about that too — but because the questions worth thinking about are getting more interesting.
No tutorials. No growth hacks. No LinkedIn-brained content. Just honest thoughts on leadership, technology, and whatever else is worth a few paragraphs.
